The Whitemud kaolin mine is great news for Wood Mountain and nearby area, already bringing 65 jobs and causing housing shortage in nearby Assiniboia and Limerick, being only the second of its kind in North America the mine promises big things for these communities:

WhitemudMK can replace up to 20% of Portland cement used to manufacture concrete while enhancing performance and reducing the cost (disclaimer).
